Your purchase does not include a physical print, frame, poster, packaging or any other physical product. Nothing will be shipped to you.
Your artwork is supplied as a digital download that you can download to your computer or compatible device.
Every Purchase Is Delivered as a ZIP Package

Your Miuvia Account
A Miuvia account is recommended because it gives you convenient access to your orders and purchased downloads whenever you need them.
If you prefer not to create an account, you can complete your purchase as a guest and access your download using the link provided after purchase.
Secure Download Links
Miuvia uses secure download links to provide access to purchased files, and leave the detailed security mechanism to the system configuration.
Downloading Your Purchase
After your purchase has been successfully processed:
Customers with a Miuvia account
Your download link will be provided in your order confirmation email. You can also access your purchased downloads at any time by logging in to your Miuvia account and going to My Account → Downloads.
Customers who purchased as a guest
Your download link will be provided in your order confirmation email. Use this link to download your purchased files.
Download Limits
Miuvia does not impose a limit on the number of times you can download your purchased files.
Customers with a Miuvia account can access their purchased downloads through My Account → Downloads.
Customers who purchase as guests can access their downloads using the download link provided after purchase.
Miuvia reserves the right to monitor download activity and take appropriate action where there is evidence of unauthorised use or misuse of our digital products.
ZIP Files
ZIP is a standard compressed-file format used to package one or more files together.
After downloading your ZIP package, you will need to extract or unzip it before using the artwork files inside.
Most modern computers include built-in tools for opening ZIP files.
Having Trouble Downloading?
If you experience a problem downloading a purchase, please don’t purchase the artwork again.
First check that:
- If you created a Miuvia account, make sure you are logged into the correct account.
- You are using the download option associated with your purchase.
- You have a stable internet connection.
- You have sufficient storage space on your device.
- Your device can open ZIP files.
If you still cannot access or download your purchase, Contact Us and provide your order information. We will investigate the problem and assist you.
Keep Your Downloaded Files Safe
Once you have successfully downloaded your purchase, we recommend keeping a backup of your files in a safe location.
Miuvia cannot be responsible for files that are lost because of device failure, accidental deletion or other circumstances outside our control. However, if you experience a legitimate access problem, please contact us and we will investigate it.
Important Information About Digital Products
Because Miuvia sells digital products:
- There is no physical delivery.
- There are no shipping charges for the digital artwork itself.
- No physical package will arrive at your address.
- The product is supplied electronically.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your device can download, extract and use the supplied files.
Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded or reduced by this information. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the circumstances in which refunds or other remedies may apply.
